OUR STORY & MISSION:

Our business began in a tiny one-bedroom apartment in Murfreesboro, TN, with the idea that artist development & management is fundamental to the success of every artist. With the goal of supporting local artists at the forefront of our core values, we began organizing album launch parties, building customized websites, press kits, and producing unsigned artists' showcases to highlight Middle Tennessee's emerging

Hip-Hop & R&B artists, who were otherwise denied performance opportunities within Nashville's Country

Music landscape. In 2015, we set up shop in Nashville, TN and opened Prospective Media Management,

adding media and marketing consultancy to our list of services.

Today, Prospective Media Management is a boutique artist services company & media consultancy dedicated to pushing art forward by providing independent artists, indie labels, filmmakers, and content creators with bespoke business and marketing plans, pitch decks, metadata clean-up, event planning & talent booking services. As cultivators, it is our mission to arm our clients with the tools and resources needed to penetrate today's entertainment industry, while playing a proactive role in providing culture-forward opportunities that will continue to shape Nashville's growing community of fresh and eclectic voices.

As a part of our community outreach and personal mission, we continue to dedicate our efforts and resources to cultivating spaces that crave fresh and diverse content, conversations & ideas while bridging the gap between Nashville's BIPOC creatives and the industry's "who's who." When it comes to advising our clients, we do not operate based on a one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, we focus on the individual needs of our clients by developing customized plans that return real results. We are a future-forward brand that is not only devoted to music, but we are also steadfast in positively impacting underserved communities through our love of the arts.
